After submitting the project and reserving the costs, your project gets presented to those within our global creative community that specialize in your type of project.
You receive a notification when your project has been finished and the requested assets are waiting for you to download.
To be able to register, you first of all need to have an invitation code. There are two ways: either you get ones from one of the creatives that are already a member of Done at Dawn. Or send us an email with your CV and a link to your portfolio. Once a week, our selection committee looks into the applications and hands our invitations to those they see fit.
Good you got your invitation code, all you now need to do is to set up your account, and you can right away start searching through the available projects that match your skills.
Once you have accepted a project, the project is yours. That's right; you are not competing with other creatives. The job is yours. And as long as you finish it on time, you will get paid.
No, Done at Dawn only handle creating the creative assets. You get a digital pdf file that is ready for you to send to the printer, matching all their requirements.
Each section in the project requirements form determines the end price. If you don't need certain deliverables then it will gets taken out of the total price. Every little detail of your project is being taken into account, like that we make sure that the price offered for your project is interesting to our creatives and the price is also in line with your expectations.
Done at Dawn has a number of automated systems in place to push projects that are in danger of missing their deadline in front of the eyes of the creatives able to take on your project. If all fails, then we have our own carefully selected full time 24/7 designated creatives to pick up those projects that would otherwise fall between the cracks.
Yes, as long as no creative has yet taken on your project you are free to cancel it.
The moment you post a project the agreed amount will get transferred into an escrow account. After you have downloaded the deliverables the money will be actual payment takes place. If you are not happy with the end result the money will get transferred back to your account.
Yes, you are able to offer your projects to creatives you have worked for before. However if they don't have time your project will automatically be presented to equally qualified creatives. This to safeguard your deadline.
When you preview the design files it can happen that you don't like what you see. A real shame, luckily it does form an exception. For our own quality assessment we do ask for a reason, but regardless your reasons, we will refund your money in full. Be aware that you have download the files you can no longer get your money back.
To send in corrections you have to create a new project specifically intended for handling corrections. This project gets automatically assigned to the creative that worked on your project. Each project includes one correction round free of charge, after that each correction round will get billed separately.
A brochure takes more time than a static jpg banner, so it differs. But the budgets can range from anything between 150 and 5.000 USD.
Projects with a more distant deadline do not fit our purpose. Done at Dawn services clients with small projects that are in need of a quick fix. And we want to help creatives with projects to fill the holes in their day-to-day schedule.
No, you will never pitch for a project. Click on a project, accept it, and it is yours.
You will not receive your payment, instead you get a red flag. Three red flags will result in expulsion from Done at Dawn. So each accepted project comes with a big responsibility.
After you have accepted the project, the project is yours. You will need to finish it.
You'll get paid for every project that you hand in on time.
All projects are strictly confidential. Only creatives who have singed our non-disclosure agreement can browse through them.
You'll need an invitation code to become a member.
We hand out these codes to the creatives of Done at Dawn. It is up to them to give them to creatives that they feel are an addition to our workforce.
